During the month of February and part of March, Kelley & Associates has continued to conduct interviews on a wrongful death case in the San Francisco Bay area. We have also been working on more mortgage fraud cases.

Kelley & Associates continues to work on a wrongful death case in Hayward,CA. Will be conducting interviews in that area to locate and speak with former security guards.

Kelley & Associates offered to work on a 2yr old homicide of a Chinese female in Alhambra. This appears to be a insurance fraud/murder for money. Waiting for the go ahead from the client.

Kelley & Associates recently finished a mortgage fraud case and will be doing more of these types of cases in the future.

2012 update

A Mormon/Boy Scout sex abuse case that Kelley & Associates worked on for 18 months recently settled in favor of the plaintiffs we represented. We worked with two law firms in Seattle and Medford, OR. Our clients were two brothers who had been molested over 40 years ago.

The financial settlement is confidential but is substantial.

We used additional investigators in Hawaii, Texas, Utah, California and Illinois.

NEW CASE: Kelley & Associates has offered to work on a 30 yr. old unsolved homicide in the Boston area. This is a possible “execution style” hit on a Boston area businessman.

Initial investigation in a wrongful termination of the CEO of a $75 million company.

Kelley & Associates investigators have been actively working on the case with many interviews in the Seattle, WA area. Also subpenas have been issued for documents and depositions. Trail date is set for January 2012

FBI Golf Tournament

Members of Kelley & Associates will be playing in an FBI affiliated golf tournament, the G-Man in May. The tournament raised money for the education of children of agents killed in the line of duty
